Machaca con Huevo made by Jeri tonight. It was exceptionally good tonight. The meat was cooked to perfect tendernss and properly seasoned. When I eat something exceptionally good I want to share it (the photo not the food!). As always, she used one of our old vintage cast iron pans. Nothing cooks better! That's the old cooking spoon that has been in our family for years. Still taking care of business.
