One of the Hass avocado trees I planted last summer is already producing avocados, five so far. This was a surprise because I was not expecting any fruit from any of my trees at this point but especially this tree, which is the smallest of the three avocado trees - the other two trees are Hass and Fuerte avocados. I'm looking forward to a few good avocados and guacamole soon!
