It is said that California enjoys the beautiful Mediterranean like climate. I think they have it all wrong. It is the Mediterranean that enjoys the beautiful California like climate!
It has been an absolutely gorgeous day in Southern California, The wife and I are kicking it the backyard enjoying some freshly made Ceviche de Camaron y Pescado (Shrimp and Fish Ceviche) and a cold beer. It doesn't get any better (or healthier) than this.
