Arroz con Pollo has been one of my favorite dishes through the years. It's been a few years since I have made it. I gave it a shot today. I like to add sausage to the rice. When I can get it I like Spanish Chorizo otherwise I use Linguica (a Portuguese sausage). It came out pretty good considering it has been a while. Like my wife and mother said, "You still got it!"
