Remembering September 11, 2001

Seventeen years ago today and the memory of that day is still etched in my mind. It has almost become a cliche to say that it has changed America.

America has changed, some of it good, some not so good. We are still struggling, some of it consciously, some deeply unconscious, with the events of that day. Still, I love my country and I am proud to be an American.

We can not and must not ever forget that day, when almost 3,000 people were murdered in an early morning cowardly attack.

On one hand we must remain forever vigilant, on the other hand we cannot let fear and hate consume us.

God Bless you, God Bless the memory of all the victims and may God Bless America.

Peace!
